Yes. Our motorhome fleet have internal and external access to a rear enclosed garage space which is perfect for travelling dogs. This is a spacious, comfortable and warm place for them to sleep at night too. We charge £40.00 per hire for pets as a flat fee, no matter the number of animals or length of holiday. We ask that pets are not allowed on the soft furnishings during your trip.

All our motorhome fleet is suitable for families, and each motorhome in our fleet has at least three passenger over-shoulder seatbelts that can securely attach a non-ISO car seat for younger children.

Our Tribute 725 has safety barriers on the rear double and over-cab bed to stop anyone rolling out of bed at night which are suitable for children over the age of 6. The dinette double bed is suitable for all ages.

Our Carioca 656 has a double twin bunk bed arrangement, with the upper bunk having a child safety net which securely attaches to the roof of the vehicle. A similar child safety net can be found on the over-cab double bed, while the lower rear bunk bed and the dinette double bed are both at a safe height from the ground, so are suitable for all ages.

The motorhomes are supplied with all the important emergency contact numbers in our user guide, conveniently located inside each vehicle.

All our motorhome fleet can be driven on a standard UK driver’s car licence (category B), so long as you are aged between 25-79 and have held a full licence for 2 years, have no more than 6 points and have no more than 1 fault or non-fault claim in the past 5 years. Over 79’s on application.

Our standard insurance allows you to drive the motorhomes anywhere within the UK, accessed by a sealed road. Please do not take our vehicles off-road. Additional cover for Europe and Ireland use can be arranged if required.

Collections are from 2pm, with earlier collections available from 7am by prior arrangement.

The van return time is before 11am. If you wish to maximise your holiday and return the vehicle later, a pre-arranged late return can be organised up to 7pm for a fee. Unauthorised late returns incur an additional fee as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

More than 6 weeks before: Booking Deposit
6 weeks – 2 weeks: 50% of total hire charge
2 weeks – No Show: 100% of total hire charge

All nominated drivers of the motorhome will need their UK driver’s licence (or Passport for non-UK licence holders), and two additional documents (council tax / phone / internet / council tax bill or bank statement) showing the same address as the driver’s licence. These documents must be dated within 90 days of the hire start date. A DVLA check code must also be generated for us to scan before hire; https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number

We provide mattress protectors and bottom sheets for all beds, so if you haven’t utilised any of our bedding options, then you will want to bring your duvet and pillows. Don’t worry, these can all be hired on the day if you forget. You can also hire towels, which include a bath and hand towel, but ask that they are not used outside of the motorhome, so you may want to bring beach towels if you’re planning to visit one of our many fantastic beaches the South West has to offer.

The motorhomes are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, mugs, glasses, pots and pans, kitchen utensils (knives, openers and peelers) and chopping boards. Also included are dishcloths, washing liquid, sponges and a tea towel as well as some cleaning equipment like dustpan, brush, microfibre cloths and anti-bacterial cleaning spray. A full vehicle inventory list can be provided beforehand by email if you want to ensure you’re not forgetting anything.

We have options to rent outdoor furniture, including folding high-backed chairs and outdoor tables, so if you don’t want to hire ours, you may want to bring your own.

You will want to pack clothes, toiletries, phone chargers and any entertainment (books and board games) that you might want. We have bike racks installed that fit two adult bikes, and plenty of extra space inside the rear garage for children’s bikes, inflatable paddleboards or other outdoor equipment you may wish to bring along with you.

Yes, we have free off-road parking where your vehicle can be left for the duration of your rental at your own risk.

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we have full 24-hour roadside assistance with the RAC that can assist you.

Yes, fully comprehensive insurance for the vehicle is included as standard. Please note that your personal belongings are not covered under this insurance, so we would recommend you take out your own travel insurance to recover any pre-paid costs if the unexpected happens, such as cancellation due to illness.

For bookings made between June and August, we operate a 7-night minimum hire period, whilst outside of these months the minimum period for a booking is 3 nights. You can return the motorhome sooner but must pay for the minimum number of nights. Where we have spaces in between bookings shorter than these minimum periods, please contact us via the contact form as we may be able to accomodate your request. All bookings can commence and conclude on any day of the week.
